Merry Christmas!

Hoping all of you are having a Merry Christmas!

I know for some you, it may not be a festive holiday season. I’m thinking of you and sending some hugs your way.

It was a smaller scaled Christmas on my end, celebrating only with immediate family members. I missed all of my relatives and my brother, who is a first responder and had to work. I’m grateful for the time I did get with some of my family. We had a laid back celebration with a nice meal then sat together chatting and reminiscing on memories.

My favorite Christmas night tradition is to watch a holiday movies with hot cocoa. We watched ‘Home Alone’ (my most favorite!). It’s always between that movie or ‘Christmas Vacation’. It always so cozy to curl up on the comfy couch with all lights off but the Christmas tree twinkle lights. Burning a pine scented candle. So peaceful! I always want to leave the tree up year-around for more nights like this!
