Happy Easter and Passover!

I wanted to take the time to wish everyone a Happy Easter and Passover! I did the annual Easter egg hunt for my doghter, where the eggs were filled with her favorite treats. She loves hunting for them! It’s so fun to watch her.

When I first moved to Connecticut, I started the tradition of going to the Easter brunch at Latitude 41 Tavern and Restaurant. Unfortunately, that stopped when the pandemic happened. Now the restaurant has been demolished for a new boutique hotel to go in its place. It’s bittersweet when a tradition ends, and it’s time to make a new one.

It’s always tough being long distance from family, so I always try to follow our traditions to keep them close to my heart. Since Easter and Passover overlap this year, I’ll be doing a mix of Easter and Passover meal.

Spring is finally kicking off, with all the flowers blooming! I’m excited to go back out for more photograph walks soon with my sidekick! Before we know it, summer will be here.
